| All postage is done via Australia Post using pre-paid satchels where appropriate, or boxes for fragile items, at actual cost. During the summer months we charge a small surcharge to include 2 or 4 frozen ice gel packs - they are reusable! - this is regardless of the domestic destination, as we post from Brisbane we are in warm weather for many months! Please contact us if your item is faulty or damaged in some way, and we will arrange for a refund or send you a new one if appropriate. We do not refund if the item doesn't work the way you thought or if you change your mind or if you don't like it. We try to keep our stock on hand as up to date as possible, but there are times when stock will sell out but still be listed as availableto to order online. We get stock deliveries everyday so if something is out of stock we will contact you to let you know your options, so please provide your email address or phone number.
If in doubt about anything just email us with any problems and we will do our best to help you out. You may take out postal insurance at an extra cost, usually only a few dollars more, and highly recommended for fragile purchases. |
